To create a jll1 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active jll1 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. jll1 uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. You may request the closure of your jll1 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements. jll1 may retain your account data as required by applicable law and our data retention policies.
jll1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at jll1's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jll1 may apply transaction limits for security and compliance purposes. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jll1 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jll1 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your jll1 account. jll1 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
All transactions on jll1 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jll1 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
jll1 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. jll1 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. jll1 may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and is required to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and associated winnings are not available for withdrawal.

Where jll1 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, jll1 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of such abuse.
Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. jll1 is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was issued.

jll1's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jll1 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jll1 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jll1 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
